Paul is an apostle "by command." Similarly, we are commanded by God to develope relationships with those around us in order to do life with them and be used to lead tem into a deeper walk with Christ. This type of call is meant to lead those around us to a place of leadership so that they in turn would lead others to do the same--disciples making disciples.
